It’s different for everybody! When starting the pill, it is common for people to have late, missed, irregular, or spotty periods until your body adjusts to the new regulations in hormone levels. It may take several months/packs for things to start to even out. As long as you are taking the pills consistently there’s no worry. If you are sexually active and concerned about your missed period, you could consult with your doctor about a pregnancy test or purchase a home pregnancy test at the drugstore. Since you’ve recently started the pill and feel that you are not at risk for pregnancy, it’s more likely to be your body trying to adjust.
I hope this helps!
