how much does a full std test cost & does planned parenthood accept bluecross insurance?
The cost of testing and treatment differs depending on which center you are going to. The affiliate in my area provides free testing and treatment, but this may not be the case with the affiliate nearest to you. The best way to find out is simply to call your local PP and ask about cost. PP offers their services on a sliding scale depending on your income, so it’s possible to get a service at a reduced cost. Blue Cross and other private insurance is generally accepted by Planned Parenthoods nationwide, however, when you call to schedule an appointment you can ask that as well.
